Fraser Island is a must do on any Australia East Coast adventure and has been named one of the World's Sexiest Islands 2005 by the prestigious American business magazine Forbes. It is the only Australian island in the list. The list says Fraser's "enormous sand dunes provide plenty of space and privacy for frolicking on the beach" and it names Kingfisher Bay Resort as the place to stay.  On a Cool Dingo tour you're housed in the resort's Wilderness Lodges and hotel upgrades are available.

Fraser Island has an amazing array of natural wonders including over 100 freshwater lakes, some tea-coloured and others clear and blue with white sandy beaches.

The island's beautiful sand tracks and the magnificent ocean beach highway are popular for four-wheel driving. Seventy-Five Mile Beach is popular - it's hard to believe this never-ending golden stretch also doubles as a landing strip for light aircraft. Immense sand blows and cliffs of coloured sands line the beach and the wreck of the cruise ship Maheno sits rusting on the beach - just waiting for the click of a camera. Keep a look out for birds of prey and Fraser Island's famous dingoes.

We urge everyone visiting Fraser Island to please be Dingo Safe in the Great Sandy National Park.  For more information on Fraser Island you can download Fraser Facts or visit
